Remember you can perform the WOD tomorrow, Saturday at 10:30am, or Sunday at 9:30 am.

18 Minute AMREP: 

15 Deadlifts (Seasoned: 155/115) (Rec+Masters: 135/105)
10 Wall Balls 20#/14# (Men: Ball clears red line, Women: ball touches any part of red line)
10 Box Jumps 24/20in 

15 Deadlifts
20 Wall Balls
20 Box Jumps

15 Deadlifts
30 Wall Balls
30 Box Jumps

15 Deadlifts
40 Wall Balls
40 Box Jumps

90 Double unders (Rec + Master’s: 40 Double Unders)

Max Muscle Ups or Chest to bar Pull-ups

*Muscle ups count as one point*
*Chest to bar pull-ups count as 0.1 points*
